Sound Bath
Tafrina DuBois, founder of SelfHealSounds, is a fully qualified gong practitioner having studied with the College of Sound and she holds a degree in psychology, diplomas in counselling, hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique. The combination of all these healing modalities allow her to skillfully weave guided meditations with sound frequency to create the ultimate healing space.
For a 'SelfHealSound' experience you can expect to be cocooned in gentle, yet powerful, waves of frequencies created by gongs, singing bowls, drums, chimes, voice and other beautiful instruments. These vibrations resonate throughout our entire bodies, rejuvenating our minds, bodies and spirits.

Set to a classic RnB or Soul album this is a mindful stretch and breathwork class to help tune into your mind and your body and tap into your creativity and come back to yourself.
This class pairs somatic stretching (with a focus on gentle intentional movement and awareness), and breathwork* (practice of consciously concentrating on the breath to bring about change in the mind and body) and visualisation to help you tune into yourself and your creativity.
