Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Contract Length & Renewal
All memberships run on a 6-month minimum term contract and renew automatically on a rolling monthly basis thereafter. Members may cancel anytime after the initial 6 month term with one month’s written notice.
2. Payments & Fees
Membership fees are collected monthly in advance via direct debit or card payment. Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the account is settled.
3. Pause or Suspension
Members may pause their membership for up to 4 weeks per year with 1 month written notice.
4. Access & Behaviour
Members agree to use Area Noir facilities responsibly and respectfully. Access is non-transferable; members must not share entry cards or booking credentials. Area Noir reserves the right to withdraw access for repeated misconduct or breach of terms.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. Event and course bookings are also non-refundable once commenced. Refunds are only issued in cases of proven service error or exceptional circumstance at management’s discretion.
